Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kc33 website accessible at kc33.onl, including all subdomains, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any part of the kc33 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User into their kc33 account wallet that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or bonus funds credited to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked on eligible games before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process kc33 requires before processing withdrawals.
• "Game Providers" means third-party software studios whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the kc33 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered by kc33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and must not create or continue to hold an account.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with kc33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kc33 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, recreational purposes and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from kc33 or any affiliated platform.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or in a state of impairment that affects your judgment.
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves real financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit.
• You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.

Each User may register only one account. kc33 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances may be voided at kc33's sole discretion.

4. Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your kc33 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party. kc33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify kc33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, if your login credentials have been compromised, or if you observe any suspicious activity on your account. kc33 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notice.

kc33 accounts are personal and non-transferable. The sale, transfer, or assignment of an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances.

5. Deposits & Payments

kc33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks). Payment method availability may vary from time to time based on provider availability and maintenance schedules.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). USDT deposits have a minimum equivalent set by the Platform and updated periodically. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by kc33, although payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• kc33 does not accept cash payments, money orders, or bank transfers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Deposits are credited to your kc33 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 5 minutes for mobile banking methods and 5–15 minutes for USDT.
• kc33 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. However, payment providers may apply their own service charges, which are the sole responsibility of the User.
• kc33 reserves the right to refuse any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to criminal activity, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real money balances are available to Users who have completed KYC identity verification. kc33 targets a processing window of 15–30 minutes for standard withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours, though processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the kc33 account. kc33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will not form part of a withdrawal request.
• kc33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where fraud risk indicators are present.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account is under investigation, restricted, or suspended.
• kc33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, network congestion (for USDT transactions), or force majeure events.
• In the event of a suspected duplicate account or breach of these Terms, kc33 may freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

kc33 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions to registered Users. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time the offer is made, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (the wagering requirement) on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
• kc33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated in the offer terms will expire automatically without replacement.

8. Games & Betting Rules

kc33 offers a range of gaming products including slots, live casino table games, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), fishing games, and instant/crash titles. Each product category and individual game may have its own set of rules, which are either displayed within the game interface or accessible via the respective game provider's information panels.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on kc33, you confirm that you understand the rules of that game and accept the outcome of each round as final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (random number generation) systems operated by the respective Game Providers. kc33 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the Game Provider's disconnection policy. kc33 is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the User's internet service.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout, kc33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the User's account. Payouts resulting from clear technical errors are not valid and will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. kc33 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time a bet slip is submitted are the odds that will apply, provided the bet is accepted by the Platform.

9. User Conduct

Users of the kc33 Platform are required to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to give an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent a suspension or to claim multiple bonuses.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with kc33 support staff or other users.
• Accessing or attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you do not have authorisation.

10. Security & Fraud Prevention

kc33 employs comprehensive security measures to protect the Platform and its users, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, OTP two-factor authentication, automated fraud detection systems, and manual account review processes. These measures are continuously monitored and updated.

kc33 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity connected to Platform usage. Where kc33 is legally required to disclose User information to law enforcement or regulatory bodies, it will do so without prior notice to the User.

Where kc33 identifies suspicious activity on an account, it may place a temporary hold on account access, deposits, and withdrawals pending investigation. kc33 will attempt to resolve such investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate findings to the User where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.

11. Responsible Gaming

kc33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and preventing problem gambling among its user base. We provide the following tools, which are available to all registered Users free of charge from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your kc33 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session length after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six months or on a permanent basis.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the kc33 Platform — including but not limited to the kc33 brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, icons, promotional materials, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of kc33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of kc33.

Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers. kc33 operates under licence agreements with those providers and does not claim ownership of their content.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc33 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.

kc33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kc33 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• kc33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times.
• kc33 is not liable for losses arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment provider failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• kc33 is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any Game Provider whose games are made available on the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves an inherent risk of financial loss and that kc33 is not liable for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform.

14. Privacy & Data

kc33 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at kc33.onl/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kc33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, Game Providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required to operate the Platform or comply with legal obligations.

kc33 retains account and transaction data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping requirements.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kc33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kc33 will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Minor or administrative amendments may take effect immediately without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always available at kc33.onl/terms-conditions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16. Termination & Suspension

kc33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where kc33 reasonably determines that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the Platform.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Continuing to allow the User's access would expose kc33 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• The User is found to be under the age of 21.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds in the account may be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding verification and investigation, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold or are otherwise connected to fraudulent activity.

A User who has been permanently excluded under the self-exclusion programme may not re-register during the exclusion period. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate closure of the new account and return of any deposits made, minus any losses incurred.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law as they apply to digital services.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account decision, you should first contact kc33 support at [email protected] with full details of your claim. kc33 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

kc33 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the User's satisfaction through direct communication with our support team, the matter may be escalated to our internal disputes review panel, whose decision shall be final and binding in respect of Platform-level disputes.
